The Selfridges Film Project – International Women’s Day 2021

Happy International Women’s Day from GSC. A fitting occasion to celebrate our past work with Selfridges The Film Project and the ever visionary Selfridges creative team to launch their Women’s Designer Galleries. Fashion Houses A.F.VANDEVORST, Alexander McQueen, Ann Demeulemeester, COMME des GARÇONS, Dries Van Noten, Gareth Pugh and Rick Owens were each invited to make a film to interpret the essence of today’s modern woman, presented within an exhibition installation created by Simon Costin. The results were extraordinary. Eschewing the traditional shop floor launch, the concept created an interactive experience where fashion and film collide.
