London’s first wholly digital beauty concierge appoints GSC to carry out their Strategic Communications

Ruuby is an app that connects businesses and customers with beauticians, makeup artists and more in their local area. This app was launched in 2015 by Venetia Archer, recipient of a Forbes 30 under 30 award, and is London’s first entirely digital beauty concierge service.

We have been so excited to onboard Ruuby to our beauty and wellness practice as the brand proposition is inspired. Venetia Archer has created a space that distils the very highest quality treatments with the highest level of convenience all through a wonderfully designed, user-friendly app.

Our brief is focused on growing brand awareness in both Ruuby’s business-to-business and business-to-consumer relationships. We will be conducting an integrated PR and communications campaign to raise the profile of the business and utilising social media and influencer marketing activity to reinforce Ruuby’s brand proposition.

The app lists some of the best beauty therapists in the U.K. and so we are very excited to help expand their groundbreaking concept and make this convenient and incredibly user-friendly concept the go-to for beauty treatments. Ruuby is currently available in London, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Brighton and Manchester.
