Following a number of really exciting new client wins of brands with global reach, star power targeting a HNW audience, GSC are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its close knit team.
GSC is an award-winning communications agency recognised for its strategic yet highly creative 360 integrated approach. Our planning led, outcome driven approach sets us apart and has really allowed us to attract top brands and briefs.
Based in the heart of Chelsea, SW London, we are a boutique team of communications professionals. We work hard, we also have lots of fun, and we love to create a nurturing and learning environment for the whole team, working with a number of senior specialists.
What important to us?
You have a one to two years Account Manager experience and feel confident that within 6 -12 months you could progress to an SAM level
You love building and maintaining relationships with media and content creators – you thrive on securing coverage for your clients and strive for bigger pieces and better titles.
Appetite to spot trends and cultural moments for our clients whether through media stories, partnerships or activations – you understand what would be of genuine interest to your contacts and the best fit for your clients.
A keen interest and understanding of the luxury industry across a wide variety of sectors – you read Business of Fashion, know the newest London hotel openings, and can tell us about an up-and-coming content creator.
You are a great communicator across written materials, email, phone and in person – you can draft effective pitches and get a buzz from giving your client great news or a solution to a challenge.
Willingness to be out and about at industry events and entertaining contacts – you want to visit London’s newest bars and restaurants and make new contacts.
You can manage client accounts confidently – client comms, reporting and account admin is second nature.
Ability to manage a junior team, supporting their growth so you are able to delegate effectively and progress.
