After a very competitive pitch, we are delighted to announce that PlatformE chose us to carry out their Communications and Thought Leadership programme.
This is a very exciting brief from an incredibly dynamic client that we are so proud to represent. Their business is revolutionising the Fashion Industry by accelerating the transition from a system of mass-production to a made-to-order one.
Their technology offers an end-to-end solution and, crucially, will result in a decrease in overproduction and wastage in an industry that currently sends 10,000 items of clothing to landfill every five minutes. Not only is this harming our environment but this wastage costs the British economy an equivalent of £140 million.
PlatformE’s tech encompasses 3D product creation, tech solutions to the entire value chain of Fashion creation and a global network of digital-savvy factories that can produce garments on-demand and in record times.
This innovative business has already worked with leading luxury groups such as LVMH and Kering and has recently raised £12 million as part of its Series B funding.
The brand also encompasses DDIGITT, which is a marketplace for the most talented 3D fashion designers, and Skinvaders, which is a leading platform for digital clothing and in-game branded assets.
Our brief covers both their B2C and B2B Communications campaigns, as well as developing a Thought Leadership programme for their CEO Goncalo Cruz.
