To launch Estee Lauder backed Forest Essentials into the UK market, GSC held an incredibly successful event in central London. Here at GSC we specialise in translating concepts for the UK market, and Forest Essentials challenged us to position them at the forefront of the Ayurvedic luxury beauty UK space. With attendees including journalists from Vogue, Tatler, Red, Country and Townhouse and Estee Lauder executives, we set out to drive press and awareness of the brand. Forest Essentials have been pioneers in the Ayurvedic luxury space for the last 20 years, elegantly combining a simple and modern aesthetic with traditional practices of Ayurveda. Forest Essentials is now transforming the Ayurvedic market here in the UK.
The event featured their brand film ‘Warrior Princess’, a beautifully shot short film surrounding an empowered woman, how they wanted to make their consumer feel. They explained how their brand emulates this and puts it into practice. In speeches the Forest Essentials Executive team spoke about how they believe in social responsibility, providing factory jobs to local women in Uttarakhand, India. Environmental sustainability is one of Forest Essentials core pillars. They believe that the brand should give back what they take from nature, which is underpinned by the very premise of Ayurveda. Due to GSC heavily believing in these causes and having a strong environmental practice of our own, it enabled us to create an event which emulated these core beliefs.
