Alongside managing the strategic investment round from the luxury group, Gabrielle Shaw Communications were tasked in positioning COCOON as handbag authority and pioneer in the circular economy, as well as building profile female founder Ceanne Fernandez-Wong.
Gabrielle Shaw Communications worked closely with the Kering team on articulating the messaging, as well as producing key talking points documents and press materials, preplacing interviews with COCOON founder Ceanne Fernandez-Wong ahead of the announcement date.
Gabrielle Shaw Communication’s strategy was two-fold: raising the general profile of the brand and the founder and securing exclusive interviews in key business publications to create groundswell coverage on the day of the announcement and beyond.
