Minerva’s 4th Edition: Sensus

SENSUS – This spring unveiled the latest edition of Minerva Collective. Held in Florence, Sensus unfolded as a dialogue between history, aesthetics, and taste, drawing inspiration from the ritual and richness of the Medici table.

Set within Palazzo Budinigattai, the experience was deeply rooted in Florence’s artistic heritage, with menu cards adorned by details from paintings connected to the city’s cultural legacy. Chef Vierigomiti ’s menu honoured this heritage while bringing it into the present, each course evoking the spirit of curiosity was a dialogue between history, aesthetics and taste, inspired by the ritual and richness of the Medici table.

A collaboration with Pampaloni Silver, the Florentine silversmithing house, brought an added layer of craftsmanship to the table, their exquisite pieces serving as both functional objects and works of art.

Minerva Collective is the vision of Ceyda Ulasan, a passionate and considered young collector. At the heart of Minerva is her ambition to directly support the arts, and an artist’s residency is in development to be housed within a palazzo. GSC are working with Minerva on raising the profile of Ceyda and positioning her to bring her vision to life.

For brands, experiences like SENSUS demonstrate the power of immersive storytelling in cultivating meaningful connections. By creating environments that feel intimate, intentional, and culturally rich, brands can foster a genuine sense of community, an essential foundation for building trust and loyalty with their discerning audiences.

We look forward to sharing more news and upcoming editions of the Minerva collective.
