As AMEX’s Thought Leadership agency, GSC curates the bi-annual thought leadership series – The American Express Insights Network. This successful series of C-suite networking events invites AMEX’s top merchants to attend live panels with global industry experts.
For four years running, GSC has been developing the Insights Network to position American Express as a thought leader in the B2B space. This involves establishing networking events and fostering an open dialogue amongst partners to provide them with actionable insights and deliver incremental value to their merchants by sharing innovative ideas for business success.
As an integral part of the events, we have created Innovation Village, using our expertise in start-ups to showcase the most innovative and relevant new businesses. We also created a bespoke Insights Network app, which has made the events incredibly interactive.
During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, GSC quickly reacted by launching a podcast for American Express in place of their April Insights Network. The podcast launched in Summer 2020 and will touch on the current global retail and hospitality outlook with a guest panel of industry experts. A live webinar will follow in the Autumn.
